Been uploading a single photo for 2 days now. Preparing. An error occurred. Preparing. An error occurred. Preparing. An error occurred. Preparing. An error occurred. Preparing. An error occurred.

The match update has broken the upload, so the app is useless now. Just like everyone else its scanning over and over and saying network error. It used to be good it they havent fixed this problem in over 2 weeks.

Main screen stuck at the "getting your photos" and no upload of your phone content. Either its buggy or their ux is not good. Waiting for the new version where it will be upgraded, I hope.

Nothing works. Loops on uploads due to network error. Network is fine so this this app is a fail.

After having used the app for two years now, i confirm that since the beginning of march, the app is no more able to upload my pictures.

Downloaded today, so its current version and doesnt upload. Ill be getting my $80 prime membership back. Brutal

I am an Amazon prime customer. Why? Because I am a photo addict and I have paid 79$ to get an illimited storage. Now with the update this terrible app doesnt upload my photos anymore!!! What ashamed Amazon!!! Is it possible to give 0 star?

It was a 4 or 5 star app until this last months update :(. It doesnt work anymore...

Its been broken for a few weeks now...reinstalled several times and still just looping whenever it tries to upload. Update: Try reinstalling again and still not working.

Amazon, please fix this! Everything was cool and working well before last update... Now, the app is useless, not somethings common with Amazon. During this time, I save my pictures with Google Photos...

Photo uploading now works as expected

Easy to organize my photos on my iPad, automatically backs up as well. I prefer it to the iPad photo app.

Its a good app for prime members. I havent tried the albums feature yet. But for automatically uploading from camera roll it works well (now that its fixed after a month of not working). It needs a way to edit metadata on the files as sometimes it doesnt pick up dates and will mis file pictures as a result. Its great for storing and accessing my ever growing picture library. 3.5 stars. Wish Amazon Prime would include unlimited home videos as well as pictures.

It was THE mistake to use this application, I have lost more than 19000 photos, contacted support 3 times, no reaction. Do not use this app
