Great concept and storage amount of it didnt crash

Love the amount of photo storage and I can grab an old photo anytime. BUT now I am so ready to find another photo storage. Trying to scan through thousands of photos is not practical and needs to have a better way of filing them. Each time I try to look through my photos it crashes. I cant upload photos at all, Ive tried at least 10 different times. The video storage should be able to hold more memory since Im paying for a yearly membership.
