Amazon Photos: Photo & Video App Reviews

I have been using this app since May and the first amazon photos app was good. But now, I mean after the last update, I cant upload my photos manually. Why did you update this app? Please fix this issue asap! Thanks

It doesnt work after the major update. Sync for the videos, doesnt start automatically. And the manuel upload option is gone?!! I pay for the unlimited storage to you, but cannot upload the videos. Find a solution immediately.

updated to last version from prior one, crashing instantly after opening up..shame for a tech lead

If I dont remember the date its super hard to find any photo. And automatically generated events would be very convenient.

A good app, but why on Earth: - Cant I see my folder structure? - Why cant I change the sorting direction? Are these things so complicated to include? Otherwise, I would give it 5 stars.

This app is great! It automatically started adding my photos to the cloud so I could free up storage space on my phone! This app is great. I can search photos by person, location, date, even by surroundings. Amazon is amazing in every way!

Love the prime photo app. Like the fact that you can share photos through the family vault and with unlimited storage for Prime members you really cant beat it. Keep it up Amazon!!

It is a great app specially for Prime members for the features and advantages it offers.

I started using Google Photos but found the video sync to be lackluster and annoying. Amazon Photo is easy to use and share with my wife so we can easily see all our photos and videos

Great app for unlimited photo storage. Especially for the nontechnical user as myself. Easy, simple, and quick.

Great app overall. Mine has an issue where it wont upload a picture from six months ago and then blocks the queue from uploading other pictures. Im not sure if I deleted it before it was uploaded but cant fix that yet.

Better than google since Amzn is storing full size photos. Google unlimited photo is for compressed images only.
