It is a great place to upload pictures. Our family shares this and we always have new pictures of our grandkids. What a great way to keep all those memories in one place.

Best backup service of all time for all history stuff and for all on going data , please keep improving the use of this app no need for hard drives anymore, such an amazing life time service.

There are many prime features I like and this is certainly one of them! Its a no brainer and a great way to organize and save your photos! Helps me free up space on the phone then find them easily to view or share! Thanks Amazon!!

I have found this app by far the easiest to operate. It is easier to organize and navigate around and runs smoother then other storage apps.

Just started using it. It seems very slow to upload.

Never worry about losing a photo again. An absolute must have app for Prime members, makes your Prime membership even more valuable!

I have 2 video files that have never completely finished uploading. Manual or automatic, these always show up in the queue and only eat up data and time. Also, I had uploaded all of my pictures and home movies; then, the app crashed and I decided to reinstall it because it would continue to hang -- bad idea. You have to wait for all of the photos and videos to cache, which took over ten days to finally get access to the library on my phone. The more you upload the worse it will be if you ever have to reinstall the application. These were nuances and caused personal annoyance more than anything else; otherwise, great job as always Amazon!

I use this for my home improvement business to take before/after pictures as well as pre-planning during consultations. It has served me well so far.

This is a great way to backup photos I guess. However, under Settings -> Auto-Save Options, There is and option for Wi-Fi Only and Wi-Fi + Cellular. When Wi-Fi + Cellular is selected, it still will not back up photos on cellular and says “To protect your data plan, videos will be saved using Wi-Fi only." I have a true unlimited data plan, and I would like to back up everything using cellular. Some Wi-Fi networks are slower than LTE so I’d rather use that.

While I appreciate having unlimited "free" storage as a Amazon Prime member this app crashes non-stop. For instance, each time Im uploading photos into it from my iPhone, itll crash between 2-4 times per 75 photos Im uploading. Its also incredibly slow to retrieve even just photo thumbnails. Needs speed. If it were much faster and didnt crash regularly Id give it a 4 star rating. To get that 5th star it would need to do what hardly any other photo app can do, index photos in a way that we can easily find what were looking for.

This is a good app and has always worked well for me. If it was for sell. Id buy it!

Love that this app is available, but I really hope they continue development updates on it, as its still more practical to use the computer to upload. In this app, you have to individually select every photo 1 by 1. It absolutely needs a select all button, not sure why thats not in there? Also, there is no status update, so you dont know when your photos are finished uploading if at all. It also stops uploading if you dont leave the app open. The status notification is huge, Im sure tons of people lost original photos from deleting them thinking they were uploaded, when they might not have been. 5 star once those key features are in. I love Amazon, I know they can do it!

I love this app because I get new phones a lot and my pictures are always there.

This app is faster than most and unlimited storage for photos, so whats there to complain about.

Works great! A good plus if you are already paying for Prime.
